How can teens earn money?

Starting at age 14, teens across the United States are allowed to work.
1. First thing to do is telling people that you’re looking for a job. This approach could turn you on to job prospects.
2. When approaching potential employers, speak with the boss directly, this will give you the opportunity to assure him that you’re dependable.
3. Always show your enthusiasm and eagerness in your job interview. Play up flattering details about yourself, such as being an honor-roll student, extracurricular activities and volunteering.
4. Always maintain a good track record at school as employers may ask you for reference.
5. Provide proof of your age on record, like a driver’s license or learner’s permit or an age certificate.
6. Dress nicely for your job interview, and remember to send a thank you note after your interview.
7. Be safe at new task as it could be riskier than you anticipated.
8. If the employer is hesitant about hiring you, suggest you can work for two weeks without pay.
9. Depending on what you do and how disciplined you are with your time, you might earn even more money that way. You could babysit, walk dogs, mow lawns or tap into a special skill you have. For instance, are you a good singer? Maybe you could line up a donated meeting space and organize a singing camp for younger kids. Or can you play a musical instrument? Maybe you could provide music lessons in people’s homes. Put your thinking cap on and figure out whether you might be able to use something like this to make money now and also beef up college and scholarship applications in the future.

Everybody has some or the other interest , and some topic on which we can write or contribute things. It's not necessary to be a good writer or for the content to be original - if you can compile information from various places and put it together in the right way to add value to someone, it is good enough.
